Nightfall
Excessive nightfall is often the first warning sign that the natural temperament of the sexual organs has begun to deteriorate.
When this early signal is ignored, deeper instability can quietly develop over time. In my own 16-year recovery journey, excessive nightfall was the first issue to appear. Left unaddressed, it gradually progressed into spermatorrhea and later premature ejaculation — not as separate problems, but as successive stages of the same underlying imbalance.
When the natural temperament of the sexual organs becomes disturbed, two fundamental changes occur:
Semen quality deteriorates
The system shifts from producing thick, dense, high-quality semen to thin, watery, and weak-structured semen. This reduced stability lacks the natural cohesion required for proper containment during rest.Semen retention power weakens
The sexual organs lose their inherent ability to retain semen firmly, particularly during sleep when voluntary control is absent. As retention strength declines, even mild internal stimulation can result in nocturnal discharge.
Nightfall, therefore, is not a random occurrence or an isolated condition. It is an early indicator of a system that is losing balance. The articles below examine how this disturbance begins, how it progresses if ignored, and how natural stability is restored over time.
