Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation reflects an advanced stage of disturbance in the natural temperament of the sexual organs, where control breaks down during active sexual response.
When excessive nightfall and spermatorrhea are ignored, the imbalance no longer remains confined to rest or passive states. In my own 16-year recovery journey, premature ejaculation appeared only after prolonged spermatorrhea, when the sexual system had lost both internal stability and responsive control under stimulation.
When the natural temperament of the sexual organs remains disturbed, two decisive failures become evident:
Semen stability and response timing collapse
Semen lacks the thickness, vitality, and structural stability required to sustain controlled release. Instead of responding gradually and selectively, the system reacts too quickly to stimulation.Neuromuscular control of ejaculation weakens
The sexual organs lose their ability to regulate arousal and delay release. Even minimal stimulation becomes sufficient to trigger ejaculation before conscious or physical control can be established.
Premature ejaculation, therefore, is not merely a performance issue or a psychological problem. It represents a late-stage manifestation of the same underlying imbalance that begins with excessive nightfall and progresses through spermatorrhea. The articles below examine how this breakdown develops, how it differs from earlier stages, and how natural control is systematically rebuilt over time.
