Spermatorrhea
Spermatorrhea indicates that the disturbance in the natural temperament of the sexual organs has progressed beyond its early warning stage of excessive nightfall.
When nightfall is ignored and internal imbalance continues, the system gradually loses its ability to stabilize semen even during waking hours. In my own 16-year recovery journey, spermatorrhea did not appear suddenly. It developed after prolonged excessive nightfall, once the sexual system could no longer maintain internal control.
When the natural temperament of the sexual organs remains disturbed, two critical breakdowns become evident:
Semen quality further deteriorates
Semen loses its natural thickness, density, and vitality, becoming persistently thin, watery, and weak in structure. This lack of cohesion prevents semen from remaining properly contained within the system.Semen retention power significantly declines
The sexual organs lose their baseline holding strength, allowing semen to leak not only during sleep but also after urination, minor exertion, or without any clear trigger.
Spermatorrhea, therefore, is not an isolated condition or a sudden malfunction. It represents a deeper stage of imbalance in which both semen quality and retention strength have been compromised. The articles below examine how this stage develops, how it differs from earlier warning signs, and how natural stability is systematically restored over time.
